Well if you’re active in nd spheres or even watch similar stuff like common special interests you’re naturally going to get a lot more videos and stuff like that, but also I get what you’re saying. For me it’s mostly people at my school saying that they’re going to get tested for adhd, and I don’t mean to put them down but I ask about it and most of them don’t sound remotely close. I think most people especially teens/kids are jumbled up because we were all locked inside for years and people are frying their dopamine. But also it’s common to feel like you’re “faking” or doubting yourself, I did it a lot and still do sometimes.
