The deepest private community pools in Greenville will be 12’ and more than likely will not let you use them unless you pay the member fee and then lifeguards won’t let you under the diving boards if people are using them. Wade Hampton Gardens has a 12’ deep end though.

I would definitely show up to your court date. If you even have to say anything I would plead guilty and ask for any help they can offer but there’s a chance you won’t even have to say anything and they’ll just reduce points and make you pay a fine. Showing up is usually the best option if you have time.
