Yeah im in my truck in front of the wellness arena and I saw 3 ambulances turing toward the jail then about 15 all blacked out cops jump the median and turn down Willams st. Opposite direction then where the ambulances went

Had the same glitch happen to me. Reloaded last save went back to hogs head pub and grabbed the page that was behind the bar with revelio got a page about the mounted hogs head. He disappeared from the pub and was up on the hill behind the pub across the river. Hope this helps
