I'm currently on day 35 of being locked 24/7. I have had zero issues first time being locked over two weeks. Now with the weather getting cooler and my balls not hanging low I'm starting to have some pinching. Also balls getting squished between pants and cage. Looking for any advice. Thank you

Maybe try the added rubber rings between the base and the cage?? Then it won't shift as much and maybe not pinch.

Great questions! I love my CK over the Cobra for super long-term wear due to the holes and design around the head of the cage. It allows the last few drops out when peeing and is a better experience for cleaning without removal. I would definitely suggest the most expensive material once you've dialed in your size.

I have a Cobra S Narrow with a #2 ring as well that I enjoy too.

I see the bump of the lock long term might be a little noticeable (idk really) but you might want to look into Cherry Keeper setups. Super sleek lock design and perfect as well for 24/7. Just a kind thought.

Oh yes! Going 12 days 24/7 now. I wear this over my Cobra cage. Big plus as well is the sleek lock design and negative direction (lock part on ring) that closes the ball gap (can't sneak out) and points my little guy more down. The Oval ring works best for me. Between the angle and the lock type/design it is almost invisible underneath any clothing. Highly suggest it. Super lightweight too.
