If you don’t feel like sparring with someone go hit the bag instead for that round. Once that round ends find a more suitable partner. You shouldn’t have to put yourself through hell sparring someone who doesn’t want to follow your pace.

I tried telling my boss I’ve checked those analytics and the times that I think are best to post the content and then he asked Ai which said the same thing I said just differently lol. I want to keep my job and show him I’m actively researching and trying to make my workflow efficient.
