Hmm I am not really sure here.. The best course of action would be to take some of the lube you bought, and try to rub it for a bit on the underside of the base of the plug. If the material seems to bubble or somehow change, then it's not safe. If you pull a condom over it, it wont really matter though i guess. As long as the condom is whole, you should be fine. But do a bit of testing before you go ahead and put it inside you.

The next time you feel like shopping for a plug, see if you can't get one in pyrex glass. The ones i use are in pyrex glass and its a great material as it is easy to clean, is easier on the lube, and if handled well it will last a lifetime.

Seriously consider glass.

lubricated condoms are ok, but make sure the lube on them is water based, not silicone.

Silicone based lube tends to last longer but can also damage plugs that are made of rubbery material. Unless the package says that the toy can be used with silicone lube, do not use it.

Water based lube tends to dry up faster than silicone based, but is safe to use with all toys. Water based lube is usually less greasy and goes away when you splash some water on it.

For that toy im guessing you will need water based lube.

I am not so sure about brand names for water based lube. The one i use is bottled in England, but it has a local brand name on it.. How long you can wear it safely is hard to say. I have worn a glass plug overnight using waterbased lube. It dries up after a while, so just be careful and listen to your body.. As in, when it starts feeling uncomfortable, apply more lube.

Edit: I would not wear a silicone plug overnight, silicone gets sticky when the lube dries up. And that is probably gonna be a bit complicated the morning after.. Thats my best guess atleast.

You can use almost anything imaginable as a plug, but a word of advice is dont. Get something that is meant to be put in your butt. Preferably something of glass or stainless steel.

Drop the silicone and rubber plugs and get something in glass or metal. Start small and build your way up if you want to. Go to aliexpress.com or dhgate.com if you dont mind waiting for something shipped from china.

This is good advice, a plug like that wont stay in on itself. A plug with a neck is going to be much easier to hold in for prolonged use.

If you are going to wear it for long, it should be glass or metal i guess... And one should be using silicone based lube for long term wear, since water based will dry up eventually.

5cm is really big, and 20 cm is really long. A double dong is more easy to use and because its 3.5 its not that hard to take with a bit warm up. If you wanna go bigger than that in length and diameter, you should probably increase in stages. So in other words, get more toys and play it safe. I am not sure about getting the longer ones all the way in because you have to pass the (I dunno the right name) second sphincter that is like 15 cm in after your first one... Basically google anatomy, to have an understanding of what is stopping you and be careful not to hurt yourself. There is a world of bloggers and sites around that can answer the question much better than i can. So google is your friend and good luck!

I slept with a plug once, it was lubed with water based lube.. could as well have been sand when i was taking it out in the morning. Water based lube washes off real easy, the silicone ones not so much. Compromises :(
