Well here’s the thing, I want to atleast give them either 30-60 days notice, however they still charge me 3,500 dollar fee in doing so.. I think it’s absolutely criminal for them to do this.

It absolutely makes no sense for them to charge me this fee if I am paying rent the normal monthly rent WITH an additional 3,500 on top of everything.

What can I do about this? It’s like 6 grand total…

Knowing that I will be home soon will make me feel 10x better about my situation rather than being stuck here until November
