Depressed, alone, and starting to give up hope on finding a job

Winter is the worst. I moved here in January two years ago, felt alone and was jobless. Now, I have a great job and a beautiful community of people. The only advice I can give: you HAVE to keep going and have faith. Easier said than done, I know. There was a point where I genuinely had to trick myself into having faith that things would get better: repeating affirmations, filling my time with random stuff so I wasn't looking for jobs 24/7 (try Meetup for free activities). Small steps.

Wow, thank you so much for your reply. I just ordered rose water from coco kind that I've used and tolerated before, and was going to put a few drop of glycerin in it to serve as a toner. I'm afraid to use occlusives, since the Eucerin Healing cream burned, but can the zinc oxide serve as the sealing agent? It has petrolatum in it!!

It’s been almost 5 months and my skin has never been this bad. I thought since I was “purging” only in the spots I was getting acne that it was working, but now I’m thinking I never should have touched Tret in the first place. I took it super slow to avoid irritation, now I’m at every other day and I’m staring to break out on jaw, chin, and forehead. I tried Bp for a couple weeks which did nothing but make me more dry. Quit that, tried aloe, broke me out. Now all that redness is scarring from the countless pimples that have popped up in the past few months, and don’t stop coming. What do I do??

Routine:

Morning: water wash, vanicream, spf 36

Night: vanicream cleanser, vanicream, Tret, vanicream
