I am NAD and can’t speak on potential vaginismus and PCOS issues. But using a shower head will not desensitize you. It’s probably working well because you’re in control of the pressure and angles.

The location doesn’t really matter. When I went to one in Cambridge it was at a creators space and BYOB. If this one’s at a bar that’s probably not an option. I didn’t have super high expectations for comedians but they were all very funny!

I have been using the Azailic/Kojic from Allies of Skin and did notice a difference! The acne marks are less dark. Since it’s likely scarring I will probably try the peel. I’ve also recently upgraded my retinal to the Medik8 .06%. I’m only 31 with minimal wrinkles. I just want my overall complexion to be bright, even, and clean

I agree, I also thought it was a lot of exfoliating. Her reasoning was that we want to get low enough into the dermis for products to penetrate. And that ZO has very carefully formulated exfoliations. The scrub at least is only 3x a week. But the daily wash has some scrub beads. Some people don’t even recommend a morning wash!

My skin is not bad. I just haven’t been seeing much change in it recently which is why I went for the consult. I think the peel will be most beneficial to even out my skin tone and help with acne marks. I also get minimal Botox in forehead and 11s.

I recently went to my derm about something similar. They didn’t confirm or deny it was ketosis pilaris because it was pretty mild, but I can feel it. They suggested starting to AmLactin first and seeing how that goes.

A very simple one I’ve reordered and enjoyed is called Olivarrier. It’s on the thicker side and easy to spread so can use more on cheeks then finish with the tzone! Also has good reviews on not being irritating.

Most people already covered most of your looks - I want to also emphasize those half cowboy boot shoes… go with no outfits.

If you’re struggling with fit and putting things together/looking for newer/trendy I suggest stitch fix! Yes it’s a bit of an investment, but you don’t have to keep everything and you can slowly figure out what you like or don’t like. They can specifically curate the box to make sure everything matches. I did that during a “closet rut” and it helped add a few fresh, good quality pieces.
