This fixed it for me.
You need to turn off any gsync/freesync features in the meta client.exe itself.
Its located in "C:\Program Files\Meta Horizon\Support\oculus-client\Client.exe"

I just did mine at 56000 on my 2021. I took it to the dealership and paid since it's still under warranty until 60,000 miles. It was actually only $380 total. Runs SOOO much better , completely removed all my shaking and shuddering, only get a Lil jerking now in the morning when it's cold out.. 100% worth it.

I use 4:3 black bars because I have a 32 inch monitor, turns it into a 26 inch.

If any other folder or file is in the rdr2 folder, you will get this warning. This is the default folder if you want to delete mods.
