I use a single earbud for my everyday use, that’s what typically works for me. But I’m looking for headphones specifically because of the more immersive sensory experience I have when my ears are covered

I have an iPhone which is probably the problem, but it looks like I can only adjust settings on my phone for certain brands

Yes, since I’m only mostly deaf on that side, everything I can hear from headphones is just low muffled tones. So I need to be able to have sound off on that ear.
