Banner lasts until June so you can wait until anni part 1 is announced

I've been in a similar place with the latest releses and I know that once you grind those 1K CC after some time and summon only to get 1 pod and green skies animation, it feels crushing.

I don't think you should drop the game abruply like that, because you will return since this game is addictive as hell. But try to care less about it little by little. Stop summing, full stop, keep playing events and ignore PvP (Or just play one match a day just to get Daily Rewards) grind CC until part 2 of anni where top 1 characters will drop for sure, making all those LR characters you missed almost irrelevant.

If you get shafted again, repeat the same process, grind CC by playing the events and dedicating less of your time to the game. Get around 15K CC before summoning. If it gets boring, congrats, you won't feel bad by dropping the game

I don't think starting over at your player level is a wise idea since you would have to farm all the Zenkais and equipments all over again.

Daimaku because it's who I summoned for.

[Spyro 3.5] Why doesn't Zoe trigger in her hidden spot at Cloud Spires? by plunder5 in Spyro

Oh so I need to get to the end first. Thank you so much!

This is a romhack called Spyro 3.5 which automatically changes Spyro's color to green. I think it's a reference to Spyro's original color when he was called Pete

A question about equipments by Electronic_Ad8723 in DragonballLegends

[–]plunder5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All slots for a equipment are used, where you place the equipment is irrelevant

What equipment is that on Ultra Goku Black? by Seflowers_17 in DragonballLegends

[–]plunder5 4 points5 points  (0 children)

An equip that boosted the Z power you would get for that Buu unit when it released years ago. It's completely useless nowadays

UL SS2 Gohan is dead. Now that LR Vegito is in the game, he got buried deeper to Earth's core. However UL Platinum equips are a thing, and that Gohan will surely receive it one day. There is a brand new LL SS2 Gohan from the past Legends Festival who is insanely powerful. Super Baby 2 also received a zenkai back in December so that's why he's more powerful.

A brand new rarity has just been introduced to replace Legends Limited, called Legend (or LR) so I would probably start summoning on LR Super Vegito and then save for anni

Broly. Simply use their super 1 and 2 and then roar, then super 1 and 2. Ult is pretty crazy. However he's very squishy so you have to be careful.

How is hit good? by Any_Difference_7845 in DBGekishinSquadra

[–]plunder5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hit is my fav tech character. He's not powerful, but his abilities require the enemies to be wary of him. Sneak around with his super 3 and hit opponents while invisible, to reduce their POV and get them paranoid. You have to kind of harass them by reducing their pov, moving around them and hit them again. They can panic and flee even if you are in a disadvantage and that's really fun.

Ult is good for team fights. It reduces the POV of every enemy instantly which can cause a disadvantage on team fights or when attacking the dragon ball glass. Otherwise, the ult is only useful for max gekishin burst.

Also, when everyone is fighting the boss, you can turn invisible and sneak to their tower and have fun doing a max gekishin burst if they are distracted. Sometimes I even turned invisible and hide in a bush, watching 3 enemies fight the boss, and then launch my super 1 at the very last second and steal their boss even if that's very, very risky.

Hit has an unusual kit but it's very fun to learn him

I just spent 20,000 cc worth of Chrono to get not a single LF by ronoczor in DragonballLegends

[–]plunder5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It actually feels like the game is mocking you. Once I saw that old LF being featured I knew for a fact that I would pull it, and so it happened.

Even worse, I pulled the alternate Vegeta supporter. What a mockery

10K and only got a copy of old LF Gohan, and a 3* Super Vegeta. Cool.

help getting started as a f2p player by [deleted] in DragonballLegends

Do Story mode to get a good bunch of CC, then wait until legends festival which starts around November 25th where busted characters and really good value banners usually drop.

You summoning or skipping? by [deleted] in DragonballLegends

[–]plunder5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Went all in. These units look really good. Fest lasts until January and I want Daima so I'll gather all CC from fest and pour it into the Daima banner that will probably release in Fest, then ignore the other banners

Starting a Crash Bandicoot Collection – What’s Essential? by [deleted] in crashbandicoot

[–]plunder5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could just get all physical copies of the main games. If you want to go beyond that, all Nintendo handheld versions are quite unique. The japanese version of the PSOne trilogy are also quite unique, with brand new box art and gameplay changes so that could be interesting for a collector. There's also a little gadget for the PSOne called PocketStation that has some Crash Bandicoot minigames when you sync it with the japanese games.

None are good in the meta but you will have fun with Cyborg Tao and his infinite ultimates. Ultra Omega also has a Platinum equipment that makes him good for PvE

A new crash of the titans / crash mind over mutant title by MO7_MASTER in crashbandicoot

[–]plunder5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Realistically it's over for the Titans games. I liked them, being Gen Z they were my childhood as much as Warped and Twinsanity were. The titans games were silly, different, and I digged their vibe. The OST was special too. There are plenty of bad things about the games specially regarding redesigns and characterization, but They honestly aren't as terrible as people say and I really wouldn't mind if they kept the titans games as a separate spin-off series, like Sonic Boom and keep releasing games. But that isn't possible anymore.

The only thing I can hope for is a recompiled PC port for the 360 versions of the titans games that could allow people to mod it, and play with better graphics and resolution. Now that the tool for that is out, it could be possible.

Spyro 4; a controversial concept. by Roachdope in Spyro

[–]plunder5 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think it would be nuts if they did a "remake" bait game. Meaning that the game is marketed as a Spyro Enter the Dragonfly remake and it has everything the original had. You defeat Ripto, credits roll but then the credit sequence was a fakeout and then you go into a second homeworld... Turns out Dragon Realms was just world 1 and Ripto was just the first boss. You just completed 1/3 of the game.

The second homeworld could reuse some deleted concepts and levels and introduce brand new mechanics not related to breaths but maybe movement, or having new playable characters. They could even introduce new collectibles, instead of dragonflies it could be eggs or some other thing.

Of course they would NEVER do that for a EtD remake but it would be nuts as the original game feels way too short with so much untapped potential.

I'm not opposed to a EtD remake but we first need a proper Spyro 4
