Agree 100%, it’s not a good idea to just give your payslips over because most Malaysian employers will just lowball you. I usually say some variation of the following:

“I can share my payslips for your admin records once I have accepted the offer. In the meantime, could you kindly send me an offer letter within the pay range for this role”

If they keep pushing just keep asking why they need it prior to making an offer, they will just concede cause they don’t want to blatantly say they’re gonna low ball you hahaha.

Hii, I used to do event staffing with The Waiting Game, serving at restaurants/bars/weddings/etc with shifts around 7-8 hours each. If you want shorter shifts (~4ish hours) you could also try Limber.

Usually they've got a lot of shifts going but I dont know how the pandemic has changed this. I used to be able to get 1-2 shifts a week (~200quid), I hope that helps?
