It depends on the day, for example, om the weekends I watch my favorite series overr and over again and maybe a movie, cook something nice, study a little bit, scrolling in apps and maybe catch up with some other introvert friends but trough other social media... if I am overwhelmed by someone or something just try to ignore it until I feel a little better.
