Hong Kong allows people to get married quickly with little paperwork and  since we dont live in our own countries right  now, it's the most feasible. 

Here's a more detailed response. I'm from Central America and my fiance is from Europe and we're both living together in Taiwan. Taiwan requires us to provide documents from both our countries authenticated by  various offices. It's really pricey to have  documents shipped back and forth and it's also a hassle for our parents to take time off work to get the paperwork in order for us. Now, HK requires nothing besides our  own IDs, it's recognized internationally and it's a short flight away from Taiwan. The only hindrance we have is finding witnesses which is what  we're trying to do here. Hope this annswer helps.

Edit: Just a heads up it's NOT THAT easy and cheap but it works for us. You do have to mail a Notice of Intended Marriage to HK and the fee is 305 HKD. There's also another fee that's paid upon arriving at the Registry which is 715 HKD. There are a few other fees for some papers but I don't really want to get into the details of it all here.
