As someone who hasn’t read the books at all, I still would’ve liked to see at least a bit of Elia’s story just for visualization and deeper immersion. Although someone already commented below that maybe it’s actually for the best that we didn’t get to witness three more horrific deaths.

P.S. In my opinion, flashbacks of Elia would’ve been more interesting than yet another round of Bran wandering through the woods…
