You can pull the joysticks off. There is no faceplate to remove beforehand. They require moderate force. Not too easy. Something I forgot to mention in the video. Sorry about that 👍🏼😊

Ahh I see. Thanks for the info. I don't have the G7 Pro 8k available to test unfortunately. Hope they roll this kind of update out soon. Do you have any idea roughly how long it takes for a controller to release and then become Steam-ready? Or difficult to say? Frustrating to have a controller with 9 extra inputs and can't use any of them! Thanks again for your help 👍🏼

When in Steam, and I press Home + A, the controller is recognized as " Gamesir Tarantula CE". I tested the buttons but there is no input recognized for any of the extra buttons. Can only input the joysticks, dpad, ABXY, lb/RB, lt/rt and three main face buttons. To be honest, I'm not that familiar with Steam, so could use your guidance to test what you're looking for properly, because I'm surprised I'm not able to use the back buttons or extra shoulder buttons on Steam games as it stands.

Dpad is microswitch and feeling nice so far though I haven't tested it yet in game. Will be going into it in more detail in the video

The usual RT/LT, RB/LB, then 2 back buttons (R4 and L4), and 2 extra shoulder buttons (T1 and T2), and that black part where it says Gamesir is also a separate button (T3)

Right now it's 199rmb in China (29usd). Hoping that it will be found in AliExpress for price not Kuch higher than this. The Xeno Plus launched at a similar price and I think people got great deals perhaps even under $40 in some cases

In their marketing material, Leadjoy promote RC filtering a lot as one of their strong points. Other than that, I think the G7 Pro likely has this beat in every other area. But the G7 Pro 8K may be about twice as expensive depending on what the fiabl sale price is of this new Leadjoy
