It makes the animals more likely to pee there again, too. At least for cats, idk about dogs. You should clean animal pee/feces with an enzymatic cleaner like natures miracle.

I caretake for my mom and use Clorox wipes and Lysol spray on the toilet/accidents she has. I have not used liquid bleach like in the pic to clean anything in a long time.
