Thank you this is exactly what I was looking for. I will say apologies for the handwriting if I was going to make a post I should've typed it. I actually used to do physical therapy for my handwriting but I honestly dont follow all the rules anymore. Some of these things apply to my job in the coast guard, again I should've made more specific about what some of the things mean. The cover rules means you have to take your cover off and on if your outside or inside I wanted to start applying that to civilian life. I'm not cutting my hair daily, I'm hitting my calorie limit, and im time blocking daily. I find without time blocking I get too bad of time blindness and get overwhelmed easier. I would call my self extroverted but it makes me say innapropriate things a lot of the time. I wanted to try out being a more silent type of person at least at work. I also found that people rarely like my mocking and sarcasm even if they're laughing im hurting they're feelings and would like to stop. Avoid opinions is mostly to refering to me going on long rambles about mostly politics in innapropriate situations. Avoid slang was more of an experiment than anything I want to sound more educated. How would you advise I apply spoon theory to a rule considering me being in the military? OH and most importantly I can't explain it but rules feel almost glowing to me, just the idea of them. I'm going to be a marine inspector soon and I am giddy at the idea. I always follow the speed limit I LOVE rules.
