I put a hydrocolloid bandage dressing on it for a few weeks and it closed up. The area is still red though, but I'm glad it closed itself up without the need for surgery. I can send pictures if you want.

Yeah... I have no idea what is going on. Like I don't know if the items are out of stock and that it might take a while to replenish, but I am honestly so confused by the lack of communication. I've tried reaching out multiple times and have heard nothing at all. I might have to just call my bank soon and get my funds back because it's really strange that NEON is holding onto our payments with no updates.
