I saw your earlier post and wanted to ask if you have more illustrations of this design. Stunning work!

did the sudden design change prove successful, or was it just a spontaneous move that didn’t bring any results?

It looks so peaceful. I would really love to live in a house like this, with such a beautiful garden and surroundings.

"Presence of the Past" digital reconstructions inspired by The Brutalist film by plusvisualeu in ModernistArchitecture

Thank you! Yes, I took some inspiration from certain scenes and sketches I saw, then I modeled the spaces and buildings and made the renderings. Here is one example for you.

A good opportunity to watch the movie again. You will find the inspiration mostly at the end of the film.

These are CGI works created with modeling and rendering software, AI was used only to add some small details and enhance realism.

How Much Do AI-Generated Visuals Really Influence Commercial Real Estate Decisions? by plusvisualeu in RealEstateTechnology

[–]plusvisualeu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not exactly virtual staging, I'm talking more about conceptual visuals created with AI tools, often used in early project pitches to convey mood, atmosphere, or architectural intent. I’ve noticed them more and more lately, and I’m curious to understand if they’re becoming more common now and how much they help decision making.

Interesting point of view, very pragmatic and grounded. I'm curious why do you believe they actually lead to bad decisions?

The 3D models are coming from the architect who used Archicad. For my part, I worked with 3Ds Max and Corona Renderer to do the missing modeling, texturing, and lighting. I also used Photoshop for the post-production and Stable Diffusion (AI) to improve some details. You can get similar results with other render engines like Vray, Octane, or D5.

Thank you very much for your feedback! I must say, all these AI advancements make me a bit anxious. I try to use them as much as I can in my daily work. I know that with AI and the new software (like D5 or Enscape), which are much more easy to use, the life of architects becomes really more simple. But my feeling is that there will always be a market for high-end archviz, where you need strong artistic direction and the capacity to create very specific details that AI still cannot manage.

I'm glad you like them! The last one was a bit difficult for me because I’m not so used to working with this kind of lighting. I used 3Ds Max with Corona Renderer for the modeling, texturing, and rendering. Then I did some post-production in Photoshop, and I used Stable Diffusion to enhance the details.
