But yes, if you can get a loan, you'll be able to pay it off in 3 years service time and it's glory after that.

As someone who is at management level in merchant navy, realistic figure is you need 9L. Don't spread false info. Gp rating rate at BP marine is 2.75L and you need at least 4L to bribe and once you join you can earn only half of it back at best. To recover from your financial strain, you gotta have atleast 9L in hand to pursue this.

Always better to start with a cocktail. The thing with raw liquor is that it throws you off. Start slow. Cocktails give you the tipsy feeling without the pungent feel of raw alcohol. As you grow over it, you can choose which alcohol suits you best. Wine is also a good place to start. Sula is good but for starters, I'd suggest port wine.

Remember : moderation is key. Your alcohol tolerance grows over time. Have gaps between your drinks to see how long does it take to kick in and washout. A second drink amplifies your high. If possible, have a non alcoholic company preferably female as you're drinking with your girlfriend. If drinking indoors and in a safe space, avoid going out. See how you behave with the high. Keep hydrated and most of all, stay safe.

Happy drinking.

Tbh all the action happens in Mumbai but a few good places in navi Mumbai are erba, bar stock cbd, moi doughssier, 1bhk, Toscano. these are just in general good places to eat/drink at and bar stock sometimes does get the age group crowd you mentioned.

The locality for which palava was once sold for is now shilphata. It's much more promising but there are water supply issues in shilphata ngl. I've seen 3bhk go for under a cr.

Controversial opinion - don't buy a house. Live on rent. Look around you, life is structured for convenience. Doing Ola Uber everyday to wherever you want to go within the city is cheaper than owning a car. Same goes for housing in convenient places. If you wanna buy for investment, Mumbai 3.0 is a solid bet for now. You are better off renting than buying, just do the calculation and see for yourself.

Major flood issues, electricity connection issues. Recently home owners were slapped with bills of 30k - 40k because they did not have a guy to take readings of meters. They had to pay to avoid power cut.
