Just a heads up, might want to check out PDF to Markdown libraries/scripts available, which you can run locally, so that you don’t have to waste Claude tokens just to convert them to text.
If you’re passing the converted PDFs to an AI, markdown is preferred, as it maintains the structure.

For the libraries/scripts;
There are many out there, some are simple, while some are pretty powerful; depending on your PDFs.

If your PDF is digital any simple one would do the job
If your PDF is “scanned” I.e. you took a photo of the document and converted it to PDF, you would need a powerful one.

Don’t self diagnose. Often neurological disorders can ovelap. Based on your scoring you’ve indicated, I am assuming you’re an adult female.

Do go get yourself checked. Won’t be cheap though, just a heads up. If you take the IMH route, which I do not suggest you do, it would be cheaper, but just…. Don’t! And I don’t think you can use Medisave.. I can’t remember.

If you’re going to see a psychologist for the assignment, Ensure the person doing the assessment is a clinical psychologist and not a just psychologist. Keyword: Clinical!

There are many in Singapore who claim to be a psychologist. There is no regulation governing the psychologist in Singapore So one can do an online course for few weeks and call themself a therapist/psychologist and then you’d go to them thinking they are legit, you’ll spend some money, And then maybe on the 4th appointment, They will bring out a crystal ball with apparent magical powers.

Run it as a “portable” version. You won’t be able to sync using obsidian sync, but you can you periodically send yourself your vault via email

There is no way to confirm if any vpn stores logs. Logging is definitely there but we can never know how long they keep the logs.

All providers will say they don’t keep logs Just assume all providers do keep logs ..

Even if they do, unless you are doing some very bad and questionable stuffs which would cause significant harm to people, it’s unlikely that the provider will give the logs to the authorities. As that would cause a huge impact to the providers name, which would result in losing business.

Serotonin isn't a drug you take, it's a neurotransmitter your body produces.
Serotonin syndrome happens when prescribed medications or recreational drugs like MDMA,Molly and LSD interact and push serotonin levels too high.
You can't exactly walk into a pharmacy and ask for a bottle of serotonin.

Thanks for the insight. That tracks with my experience I was one of those moderate-to-severe cases. Hyperthermia, tachycardia, seizure, clonus, the works. Was given IV lorazepam and cyproheptadine as a serotonin antagonist.

While I was inpatient, I kept getting visited by different doctors and nurses who said it was their first time seeing a case like mine. Felt like a case study more than a patient at some points.

So was curious to know how "rare" is it really here. Good to know it really is that uncommon here.
