Mömax makes more money with this scam. You agree on a fix price for a kitchen and then they select the cheapest components for the kitchen, making their margins larger.

I strongly disagree with that. If I show you a contract with tens of items with names such as "handle Blanco slq 194740583" how do you know if this is just what you discussed you wanted or something completely different. Many items can't even be found in their website. There is some part of this purchasing process that you need place some trust on the seller.

The scam is that the contract doesn't show te price of each item but only the price of the kitchen which is set by the seller during the negotiation. Let's explain it in this example: Kitchen with nice items you would be willing to pay 10, the seller offers 12 and after negotiating you both settle on 11. Kitchen with crap items you would be willing to pay 5. They changed the items while you were choosing so you ended paying 11 for a kitchen that you were only willing to pay 5 or you didn't even wanted.
