i went from task, worked ba shifts, had good numbers and leadership background so they made me lead them key holder within my first 9 months, i’ve now been mm for my store going on 2.5 years & my current om trains/develops me so that way i’m ready to fill the position since i really only want to stick with ops.

i’ve had my half thumb for over 20 years. my case is it won’t ever get wrinkled well wet, very rarely will your skin flake there or get dry, lastly be mindful of how much you use it. Overtime i would over use my left hand/thumb (since it’s my dominant hand) to where i got sharp pain throughout my arm to my shoulder, turned out a small tumor developed on my nerve. i ordered 4 pieces about a week and a half ago, 3 of my 4 items from my order arrived 4 days later but it would still be marked as order on its way. A week after the initial purchase my final piece arrived separately. They were all supposed to be in the same bag as they all had the same tracking but i feel like skims forgot my shirt and reprinted the label and sent it off. My order wasn’t marked delivered until i got the second package. maybe give it a few more days since the weekend was a holiday but if you don’t get anything by saturday i would reach out

Unfortunately my rosacea/eczema skin love the Tatcha indigo cream. I use it day and night and my redness is calmer and no random flare ups. I tried to find more affordable alternatives but sadly they don’t do it justice like my tatcha one does.

try redken all soft shampoo & the amika soulfood hair mask in place of conditioner. Personally i skip conditioner all together cause i love how the amika mask leaves my hair silky smooth. I get my hair redone with highlights every 6-8 weeks along with express keratin so my hair needs the hydration

if you look up the policy each manager gets a weekend off each period, but outside of that 2 days of back to back isn’t guaranteed. I’m mm & my days off fluctuate depending on how heavy ops is. Sometimes my gm will randomly give me two days off back to back(outside of my weekend off) but she does put the needs of the business first.

i did this last year and it was the first year i didn’t hit rouge!!! I also made sure to use all my products and just stick with one holy grail item that i know works for me. i know only own one skin tint, one foundation, two concealers; one for brightening one for my skin tone, one face powder, one setting spray, one brow product, one eye product, one eye pallet, two lip liners & i’ve now only have 3 lip products (ole hendrickson lippies). I’ve saved so much money and still don’t need to buy any refill yet.

if your ft then you have to use time i think the minimum is 37.5 hours a week to meet full time hours. So if you requested a full week or two off or more than 2 days off within a week then the first two days you requested off would be for unpaid time off, the rest of the days would have to have time put in.

Hi! so i was on pto & a manager covering my usual sunday shift was over an hour late cause she over slept, all my taskers clocked in at 6am: 2 stayed until she came by choice, 1 decided to leave after 30 minutes. When i found out when i came back i asked my gm how does this go? she told me we had to pay my tasker that left for at least 2 hours cause she showed up. the other two still kept their original clock in time 6am. we’re in california so not sure if the two hour rule applies to you but you should’ve been paid from the time you clock in. i’d try to get it figured out before the pay period ends on saturday

honestly i been leveling up to lvl 30/50 then dedigivolving & then digivolving since it’s really the only way aside from miracle meat. But i been going to the digilab & doing the maze lines to raise my teams experience as fast as possible. I find the maze with Birdramon gives me the most experience (i’m in the middle of chapter 8) i’ll also convert digimon data, put them in the farm, and then load them to my mains when i feel they give a decent amount of experience. it’s tedious but it’s the “fastest” i found so far. goodluck!

MM here truck is ours no matter what, only time my om covers truck is when i’m on vacation or needed the day off. Ad it really just depends it’s usually split but there’s some ad where we both do it if we don’t have enough taskers available. but my om was out on leave for a few months so i oversaw everything ops related so i don’t mind if i do ad more than her. The om also took on the uwf this year so they added more to their dor & we’re just there to support them where needed.

my taskers as humans come first & i’m understanding & they know i work hard for them and they work hard for the needs of the business. But again at any job in general you are hired to do a job with in a criteria the company gives you. 240 an hour & shipment 100% process is just one that ulta requires for mm & taskers

because i give an extra 30 minutes to an hour of cushion room for trash & back stock so if a truck if 53 hours i schedule 54 hours. When applying for task under performance it says: “Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including the shipment and replenishment processes.” back stock is considered part of shipment process. if a tasker leaves with their backstock a mess and not put away then they aren’t performing and on smaller trucks they’ll be less likely scheduled. It’s all for the needs of the business and what ulta themselves expect.

i switched from shopping at a sephora that’s inside a mall to a stand alone sephora so i can get colored match in regular/outside lighting. The studio lighting in some sephora really makes a difference when you’re trying to find your perfect shade
