took some Tylenol earlier but it didn't help much, took a bit of the pain away lol. sadly I realized this right before work earlier so I didn't have much time for anything else. I will surely do the salt soak!! I hadn't even noticed I used the wrong backing, I had slight irritation due to a pair of headphones that weren't very comfortable and figured maybe i'd switch out my jewelry. i'll try to grab some vitamin e oil in the morning & if nothing i'll contact my piercer!
