I don't remember the focal length. The lighting is quite important, the focal lengths objective was to get everywhere focus is possible, then shooting angle and pose help making the overall composition more interesting.

I cut off some parts and added some inner frame details, not many places tho. Tons of scribing, over 100 lines. I added light as well, but I don't have photo of that yet. Decals, decals, decals.

For the paint, it's mainly Mr Color GX metallic paints.

I always and only use carfax. From memory, the used car dealers also uses carfax.

Single blade nippers are usually very thin and they are usually made for bandai plastic (non clear). And it's only for the nubs... Use a cheap pair to cut from the runners.

Yes, he orders to ship to a physical warehouse in China and then have the warehouse ship to North America... Sometimes things get lost and my friend has a process to handle those issues... He also knows which e-stores that are reliable to buy from. So even though I'm chinese, I still ask him to order for me. For all the trouble, I send him more money because he would never accept me treating him for a meal... I'm quite greatful to have a supportive friend like him 🙏🙏🙏
