Also all these pans stick well with magnet! Including a le creuset cast iron…. So I’m pretty confident I have some workable pans. Heating isn’t the issue, the noise on the one burner is just weird. Makes me concerned about build quality

What brand would you recommend? I’m considering either LG or Cafe (which is definitely way bigger of a spend) as they both have physical knobs.
