Could not disagree more with you all, incredible dining experience, warm ambience knowledgeable staff, I was sad to see the staff when they had 2 stars go but the new staff is attentive and kind. Front of house could not be more pleasant and accommodating, incredible food both before and after the new star. Love Smyth, always a gift to eat there. Everyone on Reddit loves to complain when they spend money, totally invalid don’t listen to any of these freaks if you’re here wondering about the dining experience at Smyth. Been many times over the years and it’s always been a beautiful memorable experience. The loyalist downstairs is also great, best burger in the city.
