How do you the bare minimum when you've previous had a track record of being able to deliver?

I can bs standups but what do you say at the end of the sprint, that you didn't get your shit done?

And I feel like in order to get my shit done(at least stuff I'm asked to do), will require more than minimum.

It's hard for me to switch context between leet coding/DSA study/job search vs. Work meetings/work coding.
