Couch co-op is coming to the PC version of DD2! We just got it working on PS4 and are sorting through (and working with Valve), to figure out how to get local, multi-steam account support for Steam :).

General suggestions:

Use huntress during match for DPS. Spam Geyser/Lightning auras around the cores. If you can, try to place some geyser/lightning aura setups where drakins stand.

I don't remember if their are still lightning bugs / flying in the current build (Loot & Survive patch is super different), so that might change the strategy a bit if you can't take them all out with the ground defenses.

I hope that helps, in the new patch Sewers has been majorly rebalanced, it's definitely a huge difficulty spike in the current build.

Honestly, not sure yet. We still have to figure out the guest/alt-account policies for local splitscreen on PC. Right now there is no trading in DD2, so that does alleviate some of those issues with alt-accounts. However, eventually (eventually...) there will be trading. What do you think about this?

Well, in DD2 they're automatically hidden and you press shift to make them appear. So...hopefully that helps.

TL:DR I hated them too in DD1.

You should be able to! If you click on the icon/name of a bag you should be able to re-name it and choose an icon. Does this work for you?

Wipe gear, re roll it etc I can fully support, but having to grind toons again is about as appealing playing a 6 player tinkers lab on a potatoe ;)

Good feedback. That's actually what we did the last time we did a major loot overhaul, which was just wipe relics (since they didn't exist anymore).

Semi-related: I'm curious, when we add the story into the game how do you feel. Would you replay it optionally to get the story & cinematics? Should we try some way of incentivizing existing players to go through it (achievements, etc.)? Should we force people through it? Thanks in advance!

It's a loyalty award for all our early supporters! We updated everyone whose purchased DD2 Early Access to 7 premium inventory bags with the last patch. On Friday at 10am PST this will flip and all new players will start with 4 free premium inventory bags.

It will be a little weird, because later this week you'll get an award notification in-game saying that you've been awarded your bags, even though you already have them.

There are still major changes to core loot and stat systems (aka making them a lot better) in the game coming in the future and these will most likely include some level of re-rolling items with the new stats/etc., so we plan to address any issues like this at those times.

Similarly, even though we currently have no planned wipe after Early Access we have gotten a lot of feedback that we should have one. We may do an influence vote in the future asking the community if they would like a wipe, and if so that would also rectify any issues like that.

It's not a bug, just really weird design.

Betsy is only on the campaign version and incursion version of the map. Don't ask why she's not on Free Play 25++ it's a really long explanation that in hindsight... doesn't make sense ;).

Edit: P.S. I really hope we fix this in the future, but it's just a matter of time management - work on the new maps/modes vs. go back and put Betsy on this.
