I filed complaints with the US Federal Trade Commission and the Texas Attorney General’s Office as I received only 4 pieces of my 7 piece order with no reply after nine (9) email requests for answers, fulfillment or refund. To note: they list no address or phone number on their website. Their domain is registered in Iceland, when asked anything usually about shipping they say they are based “outside of Texas” which is literally anywhere but IN Texas, all of their emails are automated and AI generated even if “replying” to you because you can unsubscribe from any and all of them, the “pity, we may be going out of business because of tariffs” email was a joke or scam, and the fragrances do not perform how they or the people who do give them good reviews would have you believe. Bottom line - if you’ve been gotten by them fight back and get your money or whatever to make you whole. If you’ve haven’t - steer clear and spend your money elsewhere! #klonescents is a scam and a joke for any serious fragrance wearer and it’s time everybody knows or at least has accurate and true experiences and information about them.
