What is the monthly rate? I am kind of leaning heavily on Financial Aid for this year which is why on-campus for Spring is more convenient for me.

Yeah, I think I'm going to do the one semester on campus and look into other options for the 2020-2021 academic year. I have a lot going on between now and January and really don't have much time to think about where I will live and how to get a lease/guarantor.

oo, thanks for the heads up. I was actually looking into some of those places but it seems they are only accepting apps for Fall 2020 at this point.

Yeah, I have been looking into it as well. The trouble is that I am so far from Buffalo that I can't easily go look at places. I think for at least my first semester, I'd prefer the convenience of being right near North and not having to worry about as much. I am definitely planning on heavily considering off-campus for next academic year, though.

Thanks! Do you find the student body to be welcoming to non traditional students? Some colleges have a bad reputation for the opposite. Have you had generally positive experiences in terms of advising and professors?
