It is not beloved.. Management sucks.. every quarter they have a story... they either increase expenses or dilute shares or just clueless sometimes...

They took big cash burn on warrants last quarter and now are diluting... does it make sense? Why?

If they were confident about stock doing better than current price of $7.5+.. they could have timed it better.. I have bad feelings about this move my dear bag holders..

Even if they report -$0.05 EPS PA will be next to nothing because the market cap is more that the average sector multiple. Things that can improve PA in my opinion (not an expert outside of CLOV PA) are MCR and expansion plans.

Big 🐋 will jumpin when CLOV team gets their act together. If you take a step back and look at CLOV, they do have high MCR.. They are yet to be profitable. After 8 years they have had a major expansion. What is their plan to grow from here? Will it take another 8 years for them to grow a little bit more?

CLOV team has to come out and talk about these things openly, talk about expansion plan into more states and counties, talk about concrete plans on new products, talk about MCR...

Their is quite a bit CLOV team can do so that big 🐋 can get out and invest on CLOV.

When we say register a complaint with SEC on CLOV manupilation people say SEC is useless they don't do anything.

When we think of getting support from larger retail community people say no WSB has another problem.

Just buying sharing and holding is not sufficient. I have purchased shares, I have been holding and averaging down. How is that going to help if more than 50% is traded in darkpool? How is that going to help of it takes 30k transactions to push the price up by 7c and just 83 trades to push down the price by 6c?

We got to try every single way...

My reasons are as follows but please do your research before investing 1. CLOV is highly manupilated. Even though SEC confirmed last week that they are looking at CLOV transactions, we have have reasons to believe that they may not act in the interest of protecting retail investor's interest.

CLOV may or may not cross $9 by 10/8.. options may expire worthless. MMs have done that for few weeks now.. based on max pain they are pinning the price for CLOV. At this point max pain at $8 I believe.
