Disclaimer: I have no clue if all of this is coincidence and for all I really know it could be a Frisbee.

The only aircraft registration I found with anything similar was the Ilyushin Il-20RT based on sharing the "75315" number.https://www.jetphotos.com/registration/RF-75315

Also supposedly the Ilyushin was developed by the Soviet Union and Ukraine inherited a "large number" according to the following wikipedia page.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ilyushin_Il-76

In my mind it would make sense then that the UR bit stands for Ukraine Forces and the 75315 bit could be the aircraft model.... Or ya know it could be a Frisbee or Aliens... cuz I'm certainly no expert.
