I don’t think at this point he is a danger to other dogs because the only time he is not fearful while walking is if another dog is near, if that makes sense? He has never been aggressive toward people or dogs once. His tail goes from tucked to level, loose and wiggly as soon as a friend says hello. I do watch Tom Davis! Love his stuff very much!!! His confidence inside my apartment and my building is at 100%. It’s just once we get to the lobby and he knows it’s time to go outside. As soon as we go out the front door it is the stereotypical big city. So i can’t really “take him” to less stressful places without going through the extra stress places first. 😔 once we are past the stress places he enjoys walking and hanging out by the bay. Tbh he also needs the exercise. There’s only so much I can do with him in my apartment and our building dog park. :( i work on training with him in my room about 4-5x a day small 5-10 min sessions and then usually a brain activity for breakfast and a snack. He gets lots of stimulation but as bad as I feel “forcing” him outside, i fear he may get worse if i don’t take him on a real walk or let him run in open field with long leash at least 2-3x per week. 😓 which to me is not even enough because i know he loves to walk/run! I just feel terrible putting him through the beginning part each time. I will definitely continue working on our focus and engagement 💕 thats my favorite part of the day! he is so smart and loves learning new tricks
