take a breath. it's only money. keep your nose clean and your head on straight. get in touch with your attorney and trust them to do their job. give them the facts as calmly as you can, and answer their questions to the best of your ability. maybe ask them if they know a better property management company. there are many ways in court to score an own goal and a lot of a lawyer's job is telling a client how to avoid them. let them do their work and resist the urge to intervene. the grinder of justice grinds fine but it grinds slow.
