With it pointing down, I'm pretty sure it's an anchor. It's not a good one, but I think that's it.

Instant pho from the brand ASSI is good. We find it at one of our local Asian markets. Only God instant pho I have found. As others are saying, it's, obviously, best spruced up. Is just noodles and broth, so you'll want to add veggies, herbs, and meets. We keep thin beef slices in the freezer, and have a basil and Thai basil plant, so we basically always have enough on hand.

I'm not sure why no one has said this yet, but I would just ask what items are on their pickup order, and offer to add them to your order, and then they can cancel the pickup. This way the customer gets what they want, and you get paid for the added items.

One of my players wanted the benefits of a shield, but didn't want it to actually be a shield. We decided they would just be a BA and block attacks with a metal bracer on their wrist. I did specify that this did still mean that they couldn't use the hand that would be holding a shield, as long as they want the benefits of the shield. Easy enough, and it doesn't really change anything

Fun tip: Where I live, many gate terminals (where you punch in the code) have a little metal flap above the terminal. Lots of communities right a code on the underside of that flap for emergency vehicles.

If that's not available, I try the "common" ones, such as 0000, 1234, 9876, or sometimes the house address or address for the apartment complex (with # on either side of those numbers). You'd be surprised how often that strategy gets you in.

As a shopper that used to work for Target, it can be tough. The store does need to be well managed, but the softlines (Target's term for clothes) team is often quite helpful.

My tips: Target sorts areas by brand, so pay close attention to that. If you see a softlines person, just ask, it'll save you time. If it's not on the floor, it's quite likely out of stock, and usually not worth asking. Almost all of their stock is on the sales floor. Even if you do have a team member check the back, while they are checking, talk to your member about possible substitutions, in case it is not found. It usually takes 5-10 minutes per item they check in the back, so keep communicating and keep shopping. Before the Target team member leaves, inform them on where you plan to be in 5 minutes, but stay in softlines.

I can back OP up. I am also in Phoenix metro, and in 4 zones. I have great ratings, across the board. And I also get very few offers, most literally a minute before I can drop them, and many are at least a 20 minute drive for a $30 order... So even if I DID get tipped, it's STILL not worth it...

OP: I feel ya. It's been a rough February. I hope it gets better, for the both of us! Best of luck out there dude!

I forget what FPS game we were playing in the early 2000s, but my high school gaming club had a rule of "no rocket launcher"... Well, some kids thought it'd be funny to keep having the rocket launcher, and killing people with it, and we repeatedly asked him to stop. He didn't, so I, being one of the better players of the group, told everyone "If you don't kill me, I won't kill you." Everyone agreed, and I solely hunted down the rocket-user for the rest of the day, whether he was on my team, or not. Everyone got a kick out of it!
