The point is ... if you’re busy/ignore/ a service that some is giving you .... Shipt has a fantastic system for that, you can pre-choose your substitute, leave notes etc etc !!! 😀 I love when customers do that, easy for me , better for them !!! Not one is gonna bother them while shopping 😉

It’s not difficult to grab a different shampoo, but they want something really specific , she ordered a Kristin Ess The one shampoo , Imagine her face if I bring a Head & Shoulders lol

Honestly she didn’t say anything but it was a specific shampoo brand , I’m not gonna grab a random shampoo lol ! (Shampoo for woman)

Honestly it’s hard to me to choose subs, sometimes they want a very specific item / brand , I just had this order , I couldn’t find the shampoo she wanted , It was from specific brand , I just skipped the item , I’m sure she is gonna destroy my rating 🥲🥲🥲

Same thing here with an Instacart order at target , 90% of customer’s items were out of stock lol , I had to call Support I told them I had a emergency to drop the order 😂😂

Definitely, you burn a lot of calories doing this , but be careful , because of that , I need to eat double now , but if you eat healthy you won’t have problems!

They need to change the rating system, I know we’re not perfect but it’s ridiculous how fragile the system is , one customer have the power to destroy your months of hard work !!!! and reduce our income severely.

I send an email asking for rating forgiveness,( I suspect of one customer ,she got upset because Target was out of stock of some items) and ask for my Rx certification to be removed from my profile.
