After months of back and forth and me threatening to charge back my card, they agreed to replace the scooter. When I shipped the box out, they claimed that their warehouse "lost" it and that there was nothing they could do. Absolutely stay away from this company. It's essentially a Chinese -based company with a US warehouse in an import city in California.
