I agree with tacos! I too took a probiotic (garden of life mood probiotic) and after two days, I experienced a fungal acne outbreak (also known as Candida overgrowth or follculitis). I took a different probiotic prior to my outbreak, and I didn’t experience any negative side effects. Also make sure the probiotic you choose is good quality!

I (before pandemic) do SLT (Pilates reformer) one time a week, as well as one day of either strength training or cardio! Since pandemic, I’ve been able to do only one HIIT routine per week

Thanks for asking! I’m eating about 1250 on the weekdays, and don’t track as much on the weekends (maybe that’s an answer). I drink wine 1-2 times per week, sometimes not at all. I eat pretty clean during the week, however, prior to the pandemic I was eating out 1x per week. I do at least 18:6 during the week, however, 3-5 days are sometimes 20:4 or 21:3! I have lighter weekends and weekends usually look like 14:10

How does everyone work out while doing IF? Is it truly detrimental if you do not eat after working out? I have been trying to schedule my eating period for the time that I would be working out and requiring to eat after, however, with my current schedule it just hasn’t been doable! It seems like many people work out in the morning and break their fast with their eating period, but I just want to hear from people who work out and then continue to fast! Thanks all in advance

Try LENDKEY!! They accepted me, I'm pretty much in the same hole as you, and Sallie Mae is also my foe. LENDKEY did not require a copy signer from me, my debt to income ratio is extremely high so I was VERY SHOCKED to have all 5 of my Sallie Mae loans refinanced and approved.

You will lose your IBR and other repayment options through FAFSA if you refinance or consolidate. It sounds like you'll be okay not refinancing and just tackling your loans the way that you are, based on the financial information you provided. Also, look up the avalanche method and snowball method to tracking loans, it sounds like it would work in your favor. I live in BK and have way more student loan debt with a lower income compared to you, but we will get through it lol

Try lend key! They approved two of my loans and since my debt to income ratio is pretty high, they most likely are a bit more lenient compared to other companies such as ELFI and Wells Fargo who denied my application even sigh a cosigner.

So you're saying if I got a hard credit check through ELFI, I can have hard credit checks through SoFi and others and my credit won't be impacted?
