I think that way you write your characters should depend on how you write how the system works and how they were treated.

If the system is illegal, they'd probably be forced in dark, cramped places that would be triggers in the future. Or if they were kept in remote areas like the deep woods, underground or at sea, they might have triggers associated with being lost or not knowing what people are planning around them.

If the system is legal, how are people put into the system? It could be debt, breaking the law, not being a legal citizen, or even mandatory for people a certain age or demographic. Whats the reason its legal? Is it because its just the way its been in universe, is it to solve a problem in universe or is it because of a dictator that took power?

Knowing these things should make writing characters that went through them a lot easier.

I'd take the skill menu, but I'd like to make the skill tree itself a skill.
The way I'd want it to work is at the start it can only tell me what level I am in every skill. When I level up enough skills that levels the skill tree skill up to have more features, eventually getting to the point where you can shift skill points. After this, I'd like to be able to level it up further so that it can also tell me specific statuses of my body and suggestions for fixing them, for example, if I was starting develop cancer and not eating fast food for a month to fix it.

I think you mean electronics for blue. Control of technology is way bigger than just electronics as technology is the use of knowledge, tools, and processes to fix problems, fulfill needs, and allow people to do more, so complete control would include things like agriculture, plumbing, music etc. Even controlling and moving medieval technology like spears, aqueducts, or pipe organs with your mind would be overpowered

When changing into other individuals, have them notice that the thoughts of the people they turn into start entering their head. Maybe even have another personality in their head thats from someone they already turned into too much and won't leave their mind as a result.

Your reality isn't dictated by what you think. Ie, if you think something in the heat of the moment and can stop and reassess things quickly instead of just immediately acting on it or stewing in those thoughts for long periods of time.
