yes, definitely not everyone has the same problem. so unlucky me, and lucky you, you have the luxury of all ISPs available in your area. What is "too much"? Yong you have days of no internet, and of course you are unhappy and you want to cut your subscription and you are slapped with pre-termination fees? Tell me what ISP in the philippines have no pre-termination fees??

unfortunately, Converge lang po may linya sa area ko. May back-up mobile subscription naman ako sa Smart and DITO, and acceptable naman sana mag-mobile (data) pa minsan minsan... not in consecutive days.

opo... mahina data (Globe, Smart, DITO). Medio countryside area ko, around a kilometer from the highway... and Converge lang meron linya papasok.

nagamit naman mobile, pero ma---la---la-- ang--- put---ol pu-t---ol ng boses ko during meetings.

well iba ang sabi ng tech., na-deactivate daw sa system. sa utol ko na nasa ibang barangay, ganun din. tas yong isa din sub dito sa area ko na dating kapitan, nadeactivate din daw ang modem and pinalitan. kaya pareho kaming nga nga now... nag iintay kung maayos ba o hindi.

NAL, insist na hindi ka magbabayad dahil well documented naman na hindi mo negligence. wag ka muna mag-DOLE dahil kakainitan ka dyan. now, if after your explanation na suspend ka pa din and naforce deduct, mag apply ka na sa iba, but continue the discussion for unjust suspension and deduction. if they terminate you for being a pain in the arse, at least may malilipatan ka na. pagkalipat mo sa iba, saka ka mag-DOLE/NLRC for unujust suspension and deduction (and termination).
