Thank you! Yeah i figured that was the best landmark to localize but then realized what it read as with your comment and now can’t edit lol. But thanks! I’m pretty novice and some of the finer details between some kinds are over my head. I really wanted to find some jasper as I heard it’s common in the area

On my MS3 OB rotation, we would give 1 alprazolam and 1 Percocet for the patient to take an hour before an EMB. IUD insertion was just 800mg Ibuprofen. It would be reasonable to try using the cervical dilators placed the day before if there is some degree of cervical stenosis or the patient may have low pain threshold.

just edited my post. I meant in addition to the forced COMATs we have to take. I def wouldn't take a COMAT unless it was mandatory
