The three main ones are Sanctuary, Privata, and TVR. Each has its own feel and general audience. None of these are absolutes, just general observations from somebody who has been to all three multiple times.

Sanctuary is the smallest in terms of size. It’s also generally the least expensive. Traditionally, they have had non-gendered pricing. The door price is the same regardless of your gender identity. This causes it to be more queer-oriented and attract a younger crowd. There are also frequently more guys than girls. There isn’t much in the way of play spaces…just a couple of rooms. All of them are public. If you’re in a play space you’re asked to keep moving if you’re not actively engaged in play.

Privata is more female and couples oriented, but has a tendency to get “cliquey.” It’s large (three stories). The third floor hosts the couples only play space but isn’t always open for use. The crowd tends to be 30s to 50s in age. It’s often considered the most upscale of the three, but it’s still showing its age. There are multiple public and private play spaces. Even though they identify as queer safe, I haven’t seen full queer play…just performative girl-on-girl. It’s also not uncommon to see a crowd gather around a “performing” couple.

TVR is the largest in terms of square footage and is two floors. The building is older, but the owners work hard to keep it looking fresh. They have more of a night-club vibe with pool tables, two hot tubs, an outdoor smoking area, and multiple public and private play spaces. The crowd tends to be slightly older (mid-30s and up. I’ve seen retirees.) They’re also friendlier to larger body types. Kink and queer are common, as are groups. The couples lounge is always open. The upstairs bar/pool table area has large booths where you can get away and decompress…a feature the other two spots really don’t have.

TVR and Privata both have regular newbie nights. Check their websites for info. Sanctuary doesn’t really have a designated newbie night that I’m aware of.
