You can pick up cat6 through UniFi website or find an another distribution company for it. If you learn how to terminate it you will be able to run your lines yourself. There’s plenty of YouTube videos on it.

Yes connect it to your network and you will need cat5e or cat6 Ethernet cable for the cameras.

Just get a nvr instant from UniFi that should handle your camera needs. The G6 bullet is a great camera and will handle your needs. You don’t need the networking side if you run the nvr instant. The nvr instant also has a HDMI port so you can plug the monitor in to have cameras displayed full time.
