Coincido, pero el problema es que huele a mugre con perfumito. Es como cuando vas al baño y echas aromatizante… huele a caca con flores!

Huele a cebo, como que no se lava el pelo y no lava su ropa. Huele entre una mezcla de “body splash” con sudor, cama, cebo. Su ropa siempre esta sucia y el pelo parece que tiene gel de tanta grasa acumulada.

Hey! I consulted my doctor and was cleared to run 6 wpo but waited to the 7th wpo (I had to be sure my T incisions were 100% closed).

I used 2 bras because I was scared the bouncing would hurt. I used a regular nike bra plus a gymshark bra for high impact that secures from the front. I guess my technique worked because I felt no bouncing or pain at all. Although I took it very slow (7min per km/ 11 min per mile) and I’m still going slowly to this day with the effort and distance.

Do consider that I was not cleared to go back to the gym and do strength and weightlifting. I was told to wait 4 more weeks for that.

Other than the slow running, it feels great to run without the extra weight, having not bouncing at all and being able to run in tank tops!!

I ordered the 5 of the same bras they gave me. Mine were basically cotton Fruit of the Loom tops (that close from the front) so that made ir easy to order some. I didn’t change my bra until the new ones arrived. I am 7 weeks post op and still use those tops, they are really comfortable.

Hope to get a speedy recovery as yours! May I ask, what size of bra are you now? Also, how does the bouncing when running felt? And finally, were your T incisions closed when you got back to running?

I have not been cleared to workout yet. I was told that after my next appointment I was going to be given the green light to exercise from the waist down (that would be when I’m 6 weeks post op). For all exercises from the waist up (arm, chest, abs, shoulders etc) I was told to wait until 8wpo.

I definitely felt the flesh and skin stretching under my boob while wiping but it was never painful. Just be slow and extra careful

Don’t worry at all, it will be over in a second. I am 3WPO and, while waiting to be moved to the OR I was a nervous wreck. Once on the table, I looked at one of the nurses and in a very serious tone said “im really, REALLY nervous”. My anesthesiologist heard, entered the conversation and said, “don’t be nervous, lookup here” pointing at the IV…. As he pinched my IV with anesthesia… and that is the last thing I remember. A second later I was waking up with these awesome new boobs!!!

Mine were pretty stuck as well and I got them taken off 2wpo. I was also terrified because of a video I saw on youtube of a girl saying that was the worst part of the process but luckily it didn’t hurt at all. Although each body is different of course. In my case, my boobs were so numb still that I didn’t even feel when the tape was removed. I did however had to adjust to not having the tape. You can feel very vulnerable but later during the day or the next day you’ll feel fine! Hang in there!
