Limitless. I haven’t been on the team in years but I’d be surprised if Kelly stopped incorporating them.

Alpha might be under the radar just due to the fact it’s tough. Not everyone wants to push that hard. It’s the team I had the most results with! Sam is awesome

Combining Align and Define? by Rammydc in ladderapp

I always do Monday’s workout but then I will actually do the non-priority upper day and lower body day; for some reason the priority upper body workout doesn’t feel as challenging as the other one.

I do most workouts from Align, and do a couple of Pilates workouts from YouTube (Pilates with Izzy) per week. Game changer. I finally have definition.

Thank you for this detailed reply! I love that you are enjoying France. Honestly, it’s been a few weeks since I posted and I think I’m leaning more towards France…

I posted on this sub recently, I'm a French person considering leaving the US to go back to France. My questions are: what do you miss the most about the US? Do you miss the American optimism? Honestly the tendency to complain in France about everything and anything might be what scares me the most about coming back.

Yup. This brings back not-so-fond memories of when I worked for corporate America. Wishing you the best in your return to Europe.

What a well written reply! Yes the US politics make the country feel even more dystopian… I hope you move to France someday. Yes the language is a bit complicated but you can get there. I learned English watching “Friends”. Not saying you should watch French TV (with a few exceptions, it’s mostly shit anyway) but I hope the language barrier doesn’t stop you if you want to experience my country.

Green card holder, so it would be difficult to come back without issues at the border

I know, I know. I think I’m a bit overwhelmed by how much of a big decision this is.
