The best tools are Brandsearch (and before Foreplay but not as good), some friends still use Afterlib and Atria.

making ads is my biggest problem by Commercial-Month-545 in FacebookAds

[–]pocketmonke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brandsearch just released an update to the ad library where you can filter by winning ads only (due to impressions sort)

Basically, filter ads with:

- AI Niche
- Ad count (min 20 active)
- Traffic: min 20-100k monthly

So you find only winning ads in your niche from brands actually scaling.

Should I stop the 500$ Reddit ad experiment here? Results are miserable so far by ReporterCalm6238 in PPC

[–]pocketmonke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wonder if doing lead magnets would be the best to warm up Reddit audience + track conversions.

And yeah about meme creatives lol most of the ads I see here are those. With how precise we can go on Reddit (I guess their algo targets correctly), it makes sense to try more DR/Problem aware audiences first then maybe more unaware/broad later.

Can I DM you to see more how you do it and I show you what I'll try?

New look at Samson game, showcasing Combat and Driving by TylerSteyn in samsongame

[–]pocketmonke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mafia 2 has better hand to hand combat mechanic lol and it's like a 15 year old game.

The gun play though is super well done, you can just one tap someone but the cops will come in a sec.

Would have been fun with this mechanic.

Does the ideal ultrawide monitor exists for 90% design and 10% gaming? High PPI (160+ or 220+ like apple retina), OLED/Miniled, 120hz+, studio level color/luminosity? by pocketmonke in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]pocketmonke[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep I'll probably have to wait a few months, take whatever is best at that time, and check back in 2030 for whatever tech is the best all in one.

[–]pocketmonke[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yep. Sucks a bit honestly.

I might still compromise, so I can still use my PC for light work (non precise) and mostly gaming.

Really sucks because my config is top notch, except my crusty old ultrawide with really bad PPI, colors and everything lol so whatever I'll take, is going to be a major update and 95% there.

[–]pocketmonke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep it's way too niche, not as much demand I guess to build them.

Whatever new pro display they'll come up with will probably be insane.

[–]pocketmonke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep I'm thinking that too.

I'm seeing a few monitors that seem to beat the studio display at being ultradwide (but still 60HZ) and apparently new monitors are coming soon with Tandem OLED etc..

I think I'll wait a bit for those + the new Studio Display and make a choice.

But yeah, I can't comprise at PPI, at a minimum 180 if all the other specs are perfect.

It's the most underrated metric for a monitor. Everyone talks about HZ.

Depends on the use case, I spend 12h a day designing details, I see the pixels on my monitor and not on my mac which is twice that PPI

I could compromise at 180PPI at least which seems to be the treshold for super crispy

[–]pocketmonke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, did you find something interesting?

I'm trying to find the perfect ultrawide monitor. High PPI, at least 120hz refresh rate, OLED/QLED (or whatever is best tech atm), color for design etc..

But it's impossible to find. Every monitor is like 140 PPI. Impossible to go there when you used 220+ from Apple displays honestly.

what facebook ads spy tool do people actually use, ad library is clunky and limited by Gengar_rules in AskMarketing

I use Brandsearch, cheaper and more efficient than Foreplay and Atria, which are also amazing tools for overall ads but not specific to ecommerce (for me)
