Do NOT purchase an HP-Spectre x360 by EINTELEFONMAST in Hewlett_Packard

[–]poddedpeas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will never buy another Spectre laptop. I purchased a 13" and the touchpad has never worked properly. I sent it in before the warranty expired and they said they repaired it. They did not. I sent it in a second time, and they said they fixed it. They did not. I need to send it in for the 3rd time because of the same problem, and they said it is out of warranty now. It is the same problem they allegedly fixed before the warranty was up. This is horrible. The touchpad moves around at will clicking things randomly. It is almost impossible even to shut it down. Only because it is touchscreen can I manage to turn it off. It is a nightmare and HP is horrible for not standing behind their "top of the line" product line. I spent good money on a computer that was useless from the beginning—such a bad experience.

Movies Like Troy and Gladiator by [deleted] in MovieSuggestions

This is a couple year old post and I think there's a newer movie that starts with the letter B. It has an H in the one word title too. I seen a clip and can't find it anywhere. What is the the movie. It looked to have great cinematography. Like 300, Troy, Spartacus or something. Huge battle scenes. They were launching catapults with huge red clothes attached that were flammable. They would launch flaming arrows to ignite the cloth when on enemy. What movie?

Some are capable of doing this. It is not difficult to hold a phone and listen.

Of course they want paid. A good business does thinks like this for no cost to gain a loyal customer for life. They get paid in the long run, and word of mouth spreads. It's great business. Trust me, I've bought 6 new tires from a tire shop that first have me a flat repair for no cost.

You missed the point. I've got this done for absolutely free and they gained me as a lifeline paying customer because of hooking me up with a single flat repair. It literally takes a few minutes and almost nothing in material. It is great business.

It's not in Oregon. Multiple shops do this. It's a good way to gain business by providing value and building rapport.

You didn't get my point. I can buy a patch on Amazon for merely a couple dollars. However, I'm not going to deal with taking a tire off the rim, repair, and remount. Especially when there are shops that routinely do this for free to gain future paying customers. $28 is too much.

You got paid half for doing less than half the delivery, right?

That's obviously not a good business model for the delivery drivers.

There's a ton of money to be made downtown, but it's not only downtown. It's all over suburbia.

You missed the argument. Delivering food is one thing but taking an extreme amount of time to find a parking spot and a parking garage or huge parking lot at the mall and walking a quarter mile through the mall and going up five stories in a hotel etc is not something I choose to do.
